Join Master Distiller Robert Cassell of Philadelphia Distilling, the first craft distillery in the state of Pennsylvania, for a behind-the-scenes look at how they create the state’s only locally-made premium spirit: Bluecoat American Dry Gin. After touring the distillery, enjoy delicious hors d’oeuvres prepared by White Dog chef Andrew Brown paired with specialty gin cocktails.
